Kitchen and Bathroom Installation
SAFFRON is presently employed in major contracts to refurbish kitchens and bathrooms in Guildford, Runnymede and Woking as part of the Decent Homes Programme.
SAFFRON currently have the capacity to fit 12 Kitchens and 12 Bathrooms per week.
SAFFRON is experienced in refurbishing occupied properties and have developed systems to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum, and that residents are kept fully informed about all developments.
SAFFRON systems ensure that the works are completed in the minimum of time to the highest of standards. High quality materials are specified to ensure reduced lifetime costs, and specialist trades are used in a coordinated manner to ensure quality fitting.
SAFFRON operate a "no defects on completion" policy.
