Partnering
SAFFRON have embraced the industry changes foreshadowed by The Latham
Report in 1994 and The Egan Report in 1998. To this end SAFFRON have created
a culture of Total Quality Management and have put in place systems to
ensure the delivery of constantly improved services. SAFFRON see this
as the way forward to provide economically advantageous services, and
to share the benefits with its chosen partners.
SAFFRON’s partnership arrangement with Woking Borough Council has demonstrated the benefit of these arrangements.
SAFFRON has developed a bespoke computer programme to control stock and allocate costs to jobs. This enables the easy audit of job costs under a “cost plus” pricing format.
SAFFRON is also comfortable to operate on a tendered price basis as our schedules of rates have proved to be highly competitive in this environment.
